Job Summary

As a Senior Django Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our web applications. Key Responsibilities

Development

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django and related technologies.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
• Develop and implement new features and enhancements based on business requirements.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing effective solutions.

Architecture & Design

• Collaborate with the product and design teams to understand user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the design of scalable and robust systems.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and consistency.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Testing & Deployment

• Develop and maintain automated tests to ensure high test coverage and reliability.
• Implement continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Monitor and optimize application performance, addressing any potential bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in web development with a strong focus on Django.
• Proficiency in Python and Django framework.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORM (Object Relational Mapper).
• Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git.
• Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing

• Develop and write compelling and creative content for our Product, website, blog, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
• Craft clear, concise, and persuasive copy that aligns with our brand voice and engages our target audience.
• Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and generate new content ideas.

Design
